Delivery Methods

Option A: Standard Delivery

Rate: Free for orders above $89 (otherwise $8). Speed: 1 - 3 Working Days.

Order Before 1 PM (Mon–Fri): Packed and handed to courier the same day.

Order After 1 PM: Packed and handed to courier the next business day.

Sat/Sun: Packed and handed to courier on Monday.

Once collected, delivery takes 1–3 days. (Note: 95% of orders arrive the next day!)

Peak Season Note: During major events (e.g., 10.10, CNY, Christmas), please anticipate slight delays. Check our website banner for live updates.

Option B: Self Collection

Rate: Free. Location: 502 Chai Chee Lane, Lock + Store, Block C (Self Collection Point).

Order Before 1 PM (Mon–Fri): Ready for collection today after 5 PM.

Order After 1 PM: Ready for collection tomorrow after 5 PM.

Sat/Sun: Ready for collection Monday after 5 PM.

How to Collect:

Wait for the time: You can collect any time after the parcel is deposited (24/7 access).

Find your parcel: Labeled with your Name and Order Number.

Security: The area is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

2. Notifications & Tracking

What notifications will I receive? We keep you updated at every step:

Order Confirmation: Sent via email immediately upon purchase.

Ready for Shipping/Collection: Sent once our warehouse packs your goods. This email contains your Tracking Reference Code.

Courier Updates: For standard delivery, our partners will notify you directly regarding final arrival times.

3. Delivery FAQ

Can I choose a specific delivery time slot? Currently, we cannot offer specific time slots. Our delivery partner will contact you prior to arrival.

What happens if I’m not home?

Doorstep Delivery: If the courier can access your building/corridor, the parcel will be left safely at your doorstep.

Re-delivery Attempts: If access is not possible, we will make 2 additional delivery attempts.

Failed Delivery: If all 3 attempts fail, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. A redelivery fee of $8 will apply, so please ensure someone is available or access is provided!

Do you offer urgent or large order delivery? Yes. For special requests, please email us at info@freespirit.com.sg and we will do our best to find a solution.

Do you deliver outside of Singapore? Not currently. We deliver within Singapore only, but we hope to expand our operations in the future.
