Delivery Methods

Option A: Standard Delivery

Rate: Free for orders above $89 (otherwise $8).

Speed: 1–3 Working Days.

Order Before 1 PM (Mon–Fri): Packed and handed to courier the same day.

Order After 1 PM: Packed and handed to courier the next business day.

Sat/Sun: Packed and handed to courier on Monday.

Note: Once collected, delivery takes 1–3 days (95% of orders arrive the next day!). During major peak events (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, CNY, Christmas), please anticipate slight delays.

Option B: Express & Eco Delivery (Same Day)

Rate: Free for orders above $300 (otherwise $20).

Speed: Same Day Delivery.

Order Before 1 PM (Mon–Fri): Delivered same day.

Order After 1 PM (Mon–Fri): Delivered next business day.

Sat/Sun: Delivered on Monday.

Packaging: 100% plastic-free, eco-conscious packaging.

Option C: Self Collection

Rate: Free.

Location: 502 Chai Chee Lane, Lock + Store, Block C (Self Collection Point).

Order Before 1 PM (Mon–Fri): Ready for collection today after 5 PM.

Order After 1 PM: Ready for collection tomorrow after 5 PM.

Sat/Sun: Ready for collection Monday after 5 PM.

How to Collect:

24/7 Access: Collect any time after receiving notification that your parcel is deposited.

Find Your Parcel: Clearly labeled with your Name and Order Number.

Security: The collection area is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

Notifications & Tracking

Order Confirmation: Sent via email immediately upon purchase.

Ready for Shipping/Collection: Sent once our warehouse packs your goods. Contains your Tracking Reference Code.

Courier Updates: For delivery options, our partners will notify you directly regarding final arrival times.

Delivery FAQ

Can I choose a specific delivery time slot? Currently, we cannot offer specific time slots. Our delivery partner will contact you prior to arrival.

What happens if I’m not home?

Doorstep Delivery: If the courier can access your building/corridor, the parcel will be left safely at your doorstep.

Re-delivery Attempts: If access is not possible, we will make 2 additional delivery attempts.

Failed Delivery: If all 3 attempts fail, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. A redelivery fee of $8 will apply.

Do you offer urgent or large order delivery? Yes. For special requests, please email us at hello@drinkfreeco.com and we will do our best to assist.

Do you deliver outside of Singapore? Not currently. We deliver within Singapore only.
